If you want to change web designers or hosting companies, we will sell you the web content and concepts we have designed exclusively for you at a one-time fee of $3800.00 plus taxes, anytime. Yeah, taxes have to be collected. No questions asked. With that, you or your new web people will receive a nicely zipped package of all of the web content, any and all databases, and your domain name. Why the buy-out clause? Our expertise will produce web goodwill for your domain and we believe that is of significant value. However before you even consider moving ... we provide this performance guarantee:
"If the increase in business generated from this website does not exceed the set-up fees within the first year, we will keep working with you until they do - at no additional cost! "
